Further Reading - 11th August 2014

Here's what I've been enjoying of late - mostly about cleansing our spaces, inside and out. Ahh!

The Minimalists share some ideas for dealing with email overwhelm, and Courtney Carver offers some simple (and actionable) approaches to streamlining your days. Both of these blogs are wonderful for reminding us to align our actions with our values, whether we subscribe to minimalism or not.

A little spring cleaning for the heart and mind from Elephant Journal.

Challenge yourself to really sit with your successes with the ever-insightful Esme Wang.

Debbie of Recovering Shopaholic takes on one of the less obvious areas where we accumulate clutter, in Dealing with FOMO and Information Overload

Finally, a bonus link for the week! Kayla of It's Not in the Cards has started a Youtube channel to talk tarot, buddhism, and spirituality. Her videos so far are really fun (plus there's a giveaway!), and I can't wait to see what she talks about next!

What have you been reading lately? Let me know in the comments - I love a recommendation!
