2021 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
Due to COVID-19, most countries are experiencing delivery delays. At this stage, Two Sides Tarot is still shipping to all countries that are accepting deliveries, and domestically within Australia, but some international and domestic deliveries may experience delays.
All international parcels are now sent by Standard Air Mail, which is tracked. However, air freight to some countries has been suspended, and so Standard Air Mail parcels are going by sea. If this is the case for your country, please allow 12 weeks for delivery.

2021 UNITED KINGDOM UPDATE
Changes to import regulations due to Brexit mean that shipping to the United Kingdom is not currently available. So sorry for the inconvenience!

Where do your tarot decks come from?
Two Sides Tarot stocks tarot decks from some of the best independently published tarot artists in the known universe! The decks I stock are sourced directly from the artist.
What currency does Two Sides Tarot use?
Prices are listed in Australian dollars, but using the drop down menu, you can choose to shop in US dollars, Pounds, Euros, Canadian dollars, or New Zealand dollars.
What about tax?
All prices are shown inclusive of GST, except for international shipping costs. Customers outside Australia, please note, you do not have to pay GST. The tax will be deducted from the final cost once you enter your address at the checkout.
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere and everywhere! Tarot decks ship from Sydney, Australia to your desired location. Australian addresses can expect delivery within 7 business days after dispatch.
International shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks of shipping date, but this is an estimate only. Please allow up to 6-12 weeks for international parcels to arrive.
Two Sides Tarot is not responsible for delays caused by international post and customs processing. If you have any questions about shipping times to where you are, or you wish to inquire about express post, please drop me a line.
How much does shipping cost?
Regular shipping to Australian addresses is AUD$10.50 flat rate – that means no matter how many decks you order, you’ll only pay $10.50. Huzzah! If you would like registered or express shipping, please send me an email and I will provide a paypal invoice for the additional cost.
International shipping is calculated by weight at the checkout. You can add your desired items to the cart, and enter your country and postcode into the shipping calculator to see the total shipping cost.
If you would like registered or express international shipping, send me an email for a quote. Please note that some countries may impose a customs charge or duty to your order. Payment of any additional charges is the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for items that are in stock generally ship out within 2-3 business days.
The item listing will specify whether your item is in stock, or available for pre-order.
Orders that contain items that are on pre-order will not ship out until all pre-ordered items have arrived in stock.
If you wish to have in stock items sent separately, please place a separate order for those items.
What’s the deal with pre-orders?
Often, Two Sides Tarot will make items available to pre-order. Expected shipping dates will be given in the item listing, but do be aware that these are an estimate only.
The printing and shipping process, especially for small makers like those who create these beautiful decks, can sometimes meet with unexpected delays. Two Sides Tarot will always do its best to notify pre-order customers of any major changes to dispatch times.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order, as long as you get in touch before it is dispatched (no cancellations will be accepted for orders that have been shipped).
Existing orders cannot be modified, but we can arrange to combine postage if you’d like to add to an existing order.

What do I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
Customers will receive tracking information upon dispatch. Please check your spam if you haven’t received it. All deliveries can be tracked here.
If your delivery has not come by the end of the estimated delivery time, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for you there (it very often will be!).
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel after the estimated delivery time is up, and your post office does not have it, please feel free to get in touch. Please note that delivery times are an estimate only – although it is not the norm, international post can sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
What is your exchange policy for tarot decks?
Two Sides Tarot doesn’t offer exchanges or refunds on tarot decks if you change your mind. However, if you are concerned that there is a problem with your tarot deck, please do get in touch and we’ll work it out!
I’ve made a tarot deck! How do I get it stocked at Two Sides Tarot?
First of all, congratulations! Publishing a deck is no mean feat, so you get big props from me for that! If you’d like to submit your deck for consideration, you can send an email with your information to email@example.com.
Two Sides Tarot is a pretty small biz, so please be aware that I am not able to stock everything that comes my way (wouldn’t that be nice!). But I will keep your information on file and be in touch should I decide to stock your deck.
Do you offer wholesale?
Two Sides Tarot is a retail business only, and does not offer wholesale.
